Staff always very helpful and attentive, I get dog and puppy food and treats and they always point it out incase I've picked up the wrong ones. Helpful for all my questions and good advice
Highly recommend this vet Very compassionate vets and staffHad to unfortunately take my elderly cat Cindy, to be put to sleep lastnight and the care the vet gave was excellent.So very caring and totally understanding.Our other cat Toffee has her yearly check up and again the same male vet, name escapes me, is very professional and simply loves animals of all sorts.He's very passionate about his job as this reflects in the treatment he not only passes to his patients but is also has a very kind and caring manner towards families tooThank you all for helping Cindy's life pass that little bit easier
I discovered Vets4Pets Rayleigh due to a late night emergency and my little dog and she was discharged 2 days later. I wish I had discovered this practice years ago due to the kindness and professionalism also the costing is much more reasonable. Thanks you for your swift care for my dog and for organising for a room for me to visit and feed her during her stay. I will not be returning to my local vets. Thank you again.
What I like about vets 4 pets rayleigh is they have 1 at a time receptionist who is very efficient. The vets are very good too. With pitsea there are too many receptionist giving misleading information about things they don't know about which they shouldn't. So far very happy with rayleigh.
Sadly had to have our beloved 14 year old lab/retriever put to sleep. These people do everything they can to make an extremely difficult time as painless as possible. Thanks to Chris and Amy and the staff for looking after my family and of course Kemp.
