I'm a 1st time buyer and CLS accommodated me very well. They got me quote and mortgage in principle very quickly. Everyone involved were very helpful and would defo use again. I am a contractor but that didn't hinder the process either compared to some other companies I was speaking to. Throughout the whole process they have been contacting me and helped me out when I needed help. Which is very good considering it took 5 months!

The staff at CLS were very friendly and gave regular updates, they always responded promptly to emails and messages. We had particularly good service from Emma and Amy who supported us through the whole process. My only frustration was the length of time it took but this was beyond the control of CLS. I had no issue with the service and would recommend them.
Honestly couldnt have done this without them. Theyve helped every step of the way and have kept us up to date at every stage. As first time buyers its kept the process as stress free as possible. Every person we have dealt with has been helpful and willing to answer any questions we may have. Very professional service, we used CLS Money for our mortgage and everything run as smooth as one can only dream of. James Oakley our broker was extremely helpful and he give us some very good advices . Unfortunately I can't remember the name of all persons we interacted from CLS but all of them were just great! We'll come back with our remortgage for sure!
