James originally worked with me & my partner, and I could not have asked for a more friendly and approachable person to assist us with finding us a mortgage and insurances. I now have Amy looking after me, she calls me every week to keep me updated and just to reassure me if there has been no further advances. She is not like a lot of people in this line of work, not only is she like James, approachable, etc, she becomes like a friend and you can laugh and chat with her. FANTASTIC SERVICE -CANNOT RECCOMEND ENOUGHWere just about to complete our purchase and CLS have been amazing throughout. We attended a meeting 5 months ago to discuss a mortgage with no intention of buying just yet, to get an understanding of the process. Molly explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions (even the silly ones). Within weeks we had our decision in principle. We should now be moving into our bought home this weekend! The process has been extremely smooth and we have done hardly any of the work, they have done everything for us from beginning to end. Amy has been on the solicitors case and pushing it as quickly as possible and has also been on hand for any questions and queries.
