I wouldn't recommend this clinic. I was pressurised into purchasing a range of products that were not suitable whilst pregnant. Sue disregarded this despite the products having warnings on them. Additionally I came in for a specific treatment which I never received because Sue wouldn't allow it until I tried (and ultimately wasted money on) other things first.
I have been a client at Elan for over 10 years. Absolutely brilliant team. Everyone is friendly and professional. Sue is amazing. She listens to you and then suggests options . I have never felt pressurized to have treatments done . Everything is explained including costs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
A follow up appointment, Sue was attentive and reassuring as on previous occasions. I travel a fair distance because I think it's worth going to someone with her expertise and knowledge.
Always receive great advice from Sue. She doesnt try to sell you anything you dont need.
I dont tend to write reviews often but I read them myself and find them very helpful...I went here to have a procedure done 2 years ago, then again a year later, and again this month.This month I had a bad experience I realised the more you spend the better you get treated, its more about money than ensuring the customer is happy this experience was due to being mislead from my last appointment and told I was coming in for a completely different procedure for a different price this happens when you dont get people to confirm that in writing for you but I cant stand when someone talks down to you and acts as though they dont say something, from this visit I realised that the company was more about money than morals sue knows this and tries to convince her customers its not about the money and that only other companies are like this...but from this visit sue told me that she never said that she would do this procedure for this price and never once looked at her notes to check what she wrote disrespectfully sat there and told me she would never say that she would do the procedure for that price. I sadly wont be returning as I only spend my money on companies that actually care about customers and have customer values, I like to be respected and feel as though when I attend an appointment or consultation knowing exactly what I went for and the reasons and the pricing as I was told on my last appointment, then writing it in my diary immediately after and knowing for a year what i would be getting done, to then attend an appointment and not get it done as the price went up when I told sue I would be back in year and repeated this twice, will the price still be that as I will be back in a year for medical reasons I was told yes and explained the exact procedure otherwise I would have not came back the year after expecting to get that done but something else, highly disappointed by the service received, if you want to go to a company and spend money on a person that does not consider customers as top priority as the customers are the only ones to get a company to grow, dont have high expectations for a company that is only out for money. Sorry I had to write this negative review but I believe in honesty and sue was dishonest for the purpose to try to gain more money unnecessarily
