You cant get an appointment to see a doctor, so Im not sure what the purpose of this place is.
Hard to review, rang at 1 second past 8.. busy. Kept trying...busy. eventually.....sorry all appointments now taken !! Don't know if this is typical but best not to be ill in Rayleigh.
Great if you are never I'll or don't need appointments. Receptionists especially rude. I would consider other surgeries for an all round better experience.
Doctors are great but the receptionists are just rude. The appointment system is awful, the phone lines ( for those who are too poorly to rush there at 7am or have sick children in tow ) open at 8am but the reception opens at 7am for booking appointments and has a constant queue of pensioners outside booking all the appointments before the phone lines open. Both should open at 7am to be fair to all.
Can never get an appointment, no point ringing on the day you actually feel like you need help, phone line opens at 8am, by the time you do get through (after 98 calls I kid you not) there are never any appointments. The advice given is call back tomorrow...which gives you the same result as the previous dayWaste of time, terrible phone booking system, unhelpful reception, still ill
