Fairly good dealer. I purchased a used Yaris and was very happy until when it was delivered the spare wheel was missing and wasn't even one of the tyre repair kits. Also small scuff noticed. But called them and they put a space saver and tools in. Also sorted the scuff. Other than that very good. Didn't think much of the hybrid Yaris to drive...go for the petrol one if I were you.
I was looking for a new Yaris, I spoke to Lisa who was so helpful and her manager Michael personally explained everything and reassured me on the finance packages. Great customer service which hard to find these days. They Really took the time to make sure I understood and was happy. They was not pushy like other dealers I visited.Would highly recommend for fantastic customer service and welcoming staff
Fantastic customer service ! Test drive on new CHR and everyone was so helpful, they took time to explain all the options. Wasnt expecting to place an order today but it was exactly was I wanted and the offer was too good to turn down. Coffee was great too.
