I bought my car in Jan 2018, and the sale of my car was very smooth and couldn't fault the lovely team at the time, however was severely let down by the aftersales communication. I drove from the other side of the UK to pick my car up, upon test driving I noticed there was a rattle in the exhaust, I mentioned it to the sales person and they told me if I bought the car and I still noticed it once I drove back then to let them know and they would sort it for me.The rattle was still there so I let them know. They seemed more than happy to help, however I feel it was all just a farce. Many emails I sent to the support team trying to sort the issue just to be taking one step forward and two steps back, apparently my emails weren't being recieved and mysteriously kept getting lost in the internet, or the person I was speaking to didn't know what I was talking about as it was someone different and had to ask, but never got back to me anyway. 8 months later after doing this on a regular basis I finally got to a stage where I was offered a repair, I was to take it to a local garage and get a quote for repairs and they would pay it for me.I did so and informed them, told my mechanic to give them a call with the issues. He told me he called them but there was no reply or the line went dead and no one answered his voicemails. So I asked Richlee to call him instead, to which THEY then said he was not answering their calls and they couldn't contact him and so to get him to call instead. It's been an absolute nightmare of backwards and forwarding the whole time with them since I bought the car. I then get told last month by my mechanic after asking Richlee and then saying they couldn't get an answer to find out what was going on, that they did in fact call through, they didn't seem to have a clue what they were talking about and when he told them the issue which was that the exhaust tip needed welding back on, they refused to pay for it and said they'd only pay for a full exhaust replacement, and even then would only pay for a dual tip exhaust not another quad that it came with as stock ?? They failed to pass on information of this phonecall to me and still say my mechanic isn't answering their calls. So I have just given up now entirely as it really is not worth the hassle and have paid for the repairs myself that should have easily been sorted months ago had they not been so difficult.Long story short, great service when you're passing your money over, but aftercare is absolutely pathetic, they appear helpful but either there is a complete lack of communication behind the scenes and no one seems to know what on earth is going on, or they're just trying to keep you sweet until you hopefully just give up and they don't need to pay for repairs, which regrettably I have had to do.
Professional and helpful when you are there. However, emailed enquiries to them three times via their website and still awaiting a response pretty much a month later.
Couldn't fault them- Donald and the rest of the team there helped with all of the questions I had and sorted out a couple of issues with the car that I wanted sorted before I bought it. The car still had existing finance when I purchased it with the promise of getting the final confirmation later which I cautiously accepted but I shouldn't have worried- everything was professionally handled from the start. Highly recommend.
Very professional and courteous staff. Excellent range of very good cars. Any problem you do get with a vehicle is sorted out immediately with no quibbles. This is our second car from Richlee, will be going back when ready for next one
