Previous treatment and physiotherapy had focused on straight posture and core strengthening, which whilst seemingly logical, only increased my pain. Id stopped running, exercising and spent all my time trying to protect what I thought was an issue with a disc in my lower back. Toby brought a completely new approach to managing my pain, focusing on movement, flexibility and relaxation. He gave me the confidence to push myself to bend and move in new ways.
