During my 11 years as a service user I have always found all the staff extremely helpful and very professional, approachable and most helpful. Rayleigh library is a wonderful venue positioned conveniently in Rayleigh High Street for all public users enabling excellent facilities, personal growth and a richness for information and new technology resulting in knowledge and new skills.Well done ! ! to all the staff members and community organisations involved in the running of such a important asset to Rayleigh and its surrounding areas.
