DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I took a bean bag cover here to be dry cleaned and will never use again. Firstly, the customer service is shocking. Took the item back as it didnt look or smell like it had been cleaned I was told I dont give a sh*t and what do you expect me to do about it refused me a refund and refused to clean it again because he was adamant he had already cleaned it which broke out into an argument (nothing was resolved). I have never been spoken to so rudely in all my life and in this case customer isnt right. This cost me a robbing 15 to be dry cleaned even though it clearly hadnt been done and household items are displayed 50% off refused me that too. I would avoide at all cost.
Do not go to these people, complete time wasters. They said they would repair all buttons on my jacket but only repaired one, and charged me for stitching they didn't even do, what a con.
Absolutely disgusting dry cleaners. Waste of time. Waste of money. Items came back worse than when they went in there. No wonder it has no customers. Shocking service.
I have never been spoken to so rudely in my entire life. The arrogant pig. I picked up my item to find it damaged - I returned to just make them aware (I expressed I did not want a refund - just wanted to make him aware of what had happened). Before I could even finish my sentence, his aggression and attitude to the situation was inexcusable and unacceptable. I would never speak to anyone in the manner he dealt with me. He accused me, stating that the item must have been damaged when I brought it in. He is a complete conman. I wouldn't even rate this service one star. Vile man. Vile service. AVOID.
Girlfriend took her scarlet velvet evening dress here with one or two drink stains on the hem and some other light marks from a night out. She was warned when she took it in that some of the pearls around the neck line may come off in the process but she was happy for them to proceed. When she went to pick it up she could see it was in a rack unwrapped. The staff member initially couldn't find it until my girlfriend pointed out which one and where it was and only then did he proceeded to wrap the garment. When she got the dress home and opened it to have a look the same drink stains and other marks could still be seen on the dress, complete with white lint in places which was apparently from some other clothes cleaned at the same time as her dress and there also wasn't that tell tale dry cleaned smell either. In fact it smells like you'd expect it to after a night out. It's obvious the garment hadn't been dry cleaned but when she returned with it the staff member insisted it had. Arguments ensued which is when I got a text so I phoned to complain as I'd seen the marks on the dress before and after and it looks and smells like absolutely nothing has been done. We went here because A they're local and B I'd taken two of my suits here to be done and they returned perfect and smelling and looking like they should, dry cleaned. Unlike the dress. Needless to say we won't be taking our dry cleaning here again. If I could give a 'no star' I would.
