Very dishonest management (but lovely staff in store). If you are considering buying an item with the safety net of being able to return it and get a refund, then DO NOT USE Alba Rose. My boyfriend bought a ring from Alba Rose online, but I did not like it and we decided to return it for a refund. Not wanting to risk losing the item in transit, we returned it in store in Raleigh - as per Alba Rose's Terms & Conditions and their 30 day return policy. The lovely store assistant issued the receipt for the ring, which included the request for a refund (as opposed to an exchange). 5 days later, still no refund and we emailed Alba Rose. Our first email of many. Their manager Ryan Edkins replied that we had asked for an exchange (Excuse No 1) and so would not be refunded. We emailed a picture of the store receipt clearly requesting a refund. In his second email, this time, he said we had asked for a redesign ( Excuse No 2), and he would not refund us. Once more, we referred him to the receipt which asked for a refund, not a redesign. Next email: Ryan said that since we'd bought the item online, we should not have returned it in store (Excuse No 3) and so we could only exchange, not get a refund. We emailed him a screenshot of the online terms and conditions which clearly state that items may be returned in store to be refunded. His third email dropped all pretensions: "we will not refund you". Ran out of excuses. I called Alba Rose, and asked the sales assistant if she could help us since she had handled our request. The manager called me back. Long unpleasant passive-aggressive dialogue. "Item not wanted" is not enough reason to ask for a refund apparently despite their 30 day money back guarantee. He kept calling me an unreasonable human being because I refused to discuss anything other than getting a refund. So finally, Alba Rose manager said "feel free to go the legal route". I countered that I needn't do that. I would just ask the credit card supplier to reverse the charge. That's when he relented and agreed to refund the item. Then he hang up on me.

Ordered our wedding rings, very helpful and nice, just waiting for them to be delivered, also brought some earrings

Lovely company. I ordered my bespoke wedding ring to fit with my engagement ring through Alba Rose. Communication with them was excellent and the ring is lovely and reasonably priced! Would highly recommend
