called into Dansk to view the furniture and noticed they had a cafe. What an absolute find. A really lovely little cafe full of character and open to all, excellent food, and well priced, most of which is home made. Really polite and helpful staff. they made it a real pleasure. Includes a little sofa area for an either cosy coffee. if your in the area and fancy some good food, you cannot do much better.
Beautiful products and furniture. Was just a little let down by the poor customer service by the Dansk Accents team.I had to wait for them to finish their conversations before they said. Yes, can I help you also didnt feel very helpful, knew exactly what I was after but no alternatives pointed out or anything similar.If you dress down in this shop you get treated different. When Im smart and not in my work car - Im treated very well! (Previously purchased dining set and coffee table)
An iconic store I'm exceptionally lucky to have within 3 miles of my home which is not large enough to accommodate all I'd like to acquire in the retailer.I purchased my first Nicolleti sofa from the store back in the 90s and have never looked back. Touring Dansk or even the legendary car park sales is always like discovering a treasure trove. If you look for something different and of "House Book" quality it should be your first port of call. An extensive range and perennially reasonable.
So, as well as the lovely furniture they have a lovely little bistro in the shop. Go for a drool over expensive things of beauty then have a n upmarket breakfast that isn't too pricey. Thumbs up!
