Just ordered my dress and couldn't be happier; Lorna was so helpful, and other members of staff were so kind and welcoming. This is the first and only bridal shop I've been in and I've had a great experience, I cancelled my other dress appointments as soon as I got home. I had a rough idea of what I was looking for, but ended up choosing something Lorna brought out for me to try! I'm very excited to pick it up.
My mum, bridesmaids and I had a wonderful time at Precious Moments yesterday evening. I was a bit nervous, as it was the first bridal shop I had visited, but I instantly felt at ease with Lorna. There was a lovely selection of dresses and Lorna was so helpful. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and feeling self-conscious, to exiting knowing what style suited me (big poofy dresses are so fun to try on but definitely not for me!) and thinking I would actually quite like a veil (something I had completely dismissed until I tried one on). It was all very relaxed and I cannot thank Lorna enough for her expertise and advice. I would definitely recommend Precious Moments.

Fantastic Bridal shop, would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress. From the moment you walk through the door you are well looked after. I wasn't sure what I was looking for and if I'm honest I am quite picky so I was nervous about the whole experience. It turns out I had nothing to worry about. There are so many beautiful dresses to choose from and the ladies who work there are patient and very helpful. I was helped by Lorna who I have to say was brilliant and a credit to Precious Moments. She listened to what I was saying and helped me from start to end. She wasn't pushy and it wasn't all about the "sell". Although I found an amazing dress it took a couple of visits to other shops to know that dress was the one for me. I wanted to be certain, every dress I tried elsewhere was just not "that dress" and the service wasn't anywhere as good or as welcoming as Precious Moments.Today I brought my prefect Wedding Dress from Precious Moments !! Thank you Lorna and the team for the experience and for looking after me. I love my dress and can't wait to wear it next year .
