Had a Sunday roast lamb dinner, it was delicious and exceptionally good value although the portions defeated me!! Would have been happy with half the size! Staff very friendly and service excellent.
There's something great about this cafe, perhaps the clean aspect and the happy atmosphere of the staff. Food is about as good as it gets and plentiful so I can totally recommend this establishment, they've got it right.Mike
Fab food, fab staff!This is a cafe so expect cafe type food but to a great standard. Never had a bad meal here! Especially love their breakfast, mixed salad and lamb roast! Staff are so friendly and nothings too much trouble.Highly recommend!
Wow, what a transformation on all points: layout, decor, hygiene, menu, staff , prices and most importantly - the food. Sunday lunch roast lamb and cuppa tea 7 and change. Hot, fresh and huge portion. Served by lovely staff.Highly recommended. If you stopped using the Blinking Owl, try this new massively improved My PlaceCafe. Congratulations to all involved for bringing the place back to life. See you soon.
