Absolute rip off!! Just Won a court case against These wallys ,they had my sons mx bike for 1 month for " precautionary repairs"bill went up and up and up, after spending over 800, the bike seized, shop didn't answer phone, so we took bike back to them for a further week then refused to work on it, and engine was in a box, so had to find another mechanic? To find out they caused the damage and would cost another 800 to fix ! Matt wouldn't pay up but admitted liability? After many calls to him and 3 letters sent he then ignored us hoping we would go away? No chance MATT !! But after a 18 months we had our day in courts and WON!!! Don't go near these rip off merchants!! They have no idea about engines. Well we won!! So that says it all? Oh they also use after market parts and charge for genuine and reused our old coolant?yes we got it resolved after being ignored by Matt for a year and taking 1 yr 6 months to get money you owed us for ruining the bike,let me assure you , I would NEVER "try" your shop again, unless i want my bikes ruined.thank god you sell push bikes as clearly don't know about motocross bikes.
Excellent customer service, pleasent to deal with. Recently helped me with a warranty replacement & kept me informed all the way. Very happy.
I've been using Grips for over 10 years, for both my boys MX Bikes and their mountain bikes. They have always bent over backwards to help. Both staff and the owner are always welcoming. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest with their opinions when it comes to repairs. Can't fault them at all.
